We will then have a relaxed and confidential telephone conversation where we will get to know you and answer any questions you may have about BMG. This will ensure that you are a good fit for our service, and we are a good fit for you.

Consultation
This will be a more in-depth discussion, ideally face-to-face. We will discuss in detail your golfing journey, look at your GA Connect Golf ID data, and talk about your game preferences. This process is crucial in determining how we can best serve you. Everything you share with us is handled with complete discretion — your details are never posted publicly or visible to other clients.

Connection
Once you are a client, you can call us or contact us via your favourite messaging app to request a match. We will then cast the net wide and search our database and headhunt within our golf networks to find compatible connections. Once we have a suitable connection, you can organise the game yourselves, or you can ask us to assist in any pre-game negotiations. Alternatively, we may contact you with an invitation to join a match we think would suit you, and that you would enjoy.

Post-Match Feedback
After each match, we gather discreet feedback to refine your matchmaking preferences, ensuring every subsequent connection and match aligns more closely with your goals.
